I’m surpirised nobody has ever attacked someone after being eliminated in an attempt to get them booted to help their alliance.

I’m also surprised we don’t see something like this in sports occasionally either after someone gets tossed from a game or a team just sending out a goon to start a fight with the opponent’s stud.

They’re usually sober by the time tj comes and boots them or I’m sure it would have happened by now. Plus if they just randomly attack someone they know they won’t be invited back unless they’re CT.

Well they could be a little strategic about it. You don't have to just walk up to a guy and start swinging. They could ease their way into the fight by calling his mother or S.O. promiscuous, let him know how excited you were to hear the news about someone in his family passing, if you see nelson white knighting kayleigh maybe you say some negative things about her or other such low blows that would help kick off the festivities. Don't get me wrong I would never do most of this stuff, but these people have said and done worse things.

This strategy can be used when someone is voted off, eliminated via a competition or kicked off the show for other violence.

This is also a great way to become a challenge villain that everyone loves to hate.

I doubt these people care that much about their alliance to do that though.

It isn't like Team Young Buck really care if the other guy wins big $. Not like they chop it.

Also agree that fighting has its limits if you aren't CT. That's a hell of a gamble for someone like Cory that needs the show a lot more than it needs him.

given all the john/devin edits was anyone else thinking they would kick off cory and tony then pair them together? that was my expectation for sure

I didn’t think they had any reason to kick off tony so I never thought that.

I hate tony’s move.
When im pissed at someone. The last thing i want is their arm around me or them touching me in any way.
There’s no precedent for punishing someone for such minor physical contact but tony at least shouldve been warned. And i guess he did have to leave the house for the night (which is probably more of a reward anyway)

Corey lost out on a legit chance at $500k because someone threw his pasta leftovers out of the window. What a alpha male badass he is.

Question: Which MTV's Challenge participants over the years have been the most successful in life since appearing on the show? Theo Von has his own podcast and is a standup comedian, The Mizz is a WWE star & Johny does well on the show and i assume makes $ in appearances & makes a good living off of this gig. Anybody else i'm missing who has used this platform to be successful?

Johnny is about to have a show on after SNL. It’ll probably be terrible and get cancelled, but he’s at least live to be as big as Brendan Schaub and maybe even Joe Rogan.

I'm going to say he has close to a 0% shot at being as big as Rogan, or atleast a very slim shot. Hogan probably makes 8 figures a year from his podcast alone.

Think Miz is clearly #1...Doesn't he have a reality show with his wife on USA too?

Jamie Chung probably second.

Mallory from CT/Ace season of RW was a SI swimsuit model. Not sure what happened to her though.

edit: Eric Nies was in "Above The Rim" and said "Coach take you off point" to the main lead.

Haha Joe Rogan is probably one of the most famous people in North America within the WM18-49 demographic.

I’m mildly surprised Cory got the boot for tripping/throwing tony to the ground but absolutely nothing happened with Sylvia for head butting Marie. Obviously Cory’s action was worse than Sylvia but I thought TEEJ would have called her out on it at least.

I knew Cory was going home because of Kayla and that blonde girl situation. All they did was push each other.

Not sure why Sylvia didn't go home. Who knows.
