Why can't they go back to the old format of having a challenge and an elimination each episode? They slow played the whole season showing so much of the pointless inquisition, only to randomly eliminate players at the end based on time, with no drama whatsoever, just announcing the name of who was in last.

Yea I think we can agree this season had a great first half and really lost its steam down the stretch. Bummer. Leroy getting passed by Kyle and Zach is pretty ****ing pathetic too. Leroy might be the most overrated challenger of all time.

Tony ****ed up by listening to Zach on "let's get Leroy." **** that, you've been top dog as you said all season, let Zach and Leroy battle on each other, worry about you and take the lead. Those 3 dumb ****s didn't even realize what Kyle was doing either. Bad bad bad.

No one was talking about Leroy all season but continued to get a raging stiff for tony so tony would be the overrated one. Guys historically dumb. This is probably the furthest he will ever get and he just ****ed himself for future seasons.

So he has done in his rookie season what useless idiots like Jemmye, Dario Marie etc have been trying to do for 10years...

I think andy dick missed a golden opportunity to guarantee herself future seasons. If she knew she was 100% to advance in the top 2 girls of the first leg she should have at least walked/crawled back and forth screwing over cara by taking her torches back to the starting bucket to piss cara off. Cara would have made such a big deal out of someone giving up but going out of their way to screw her in a final.

Tony had some of the best moments of the season, deal with it. Hating on him for past stuff is fine but hating on him for crushing the soul of an eating challenge and making the play against Bananas is simple minded. Tony had the best season of anyone, period.

Hell I just remembered he swam the entire Atlantic ocean underwater without any breathing assistance. Do you even challenge with that soft take?

Tony had a hell of a season though could have carried himself in a way which would have been more +EV in the future. The back-to-back eating/swimming showings were peak Challenge performances.

TONY also has an 11 episode streak of not getting anyone pregnant which is a record for him that many thought he could never accomplish.

Tony crushed some challenges and came into the final with 0 equity. Not only did he have no equity to begin with he got 4/4 in the final before the final.

MTV is awful at designing challenges. The grand finale is a color puzzle where the audience has no visible indication of how far each competitor is towards completing it! It’s not that hard to design tasks that are challenging and fun to watch, I don’t know why MTV neglects the second part.

One thing I don't get is why Cara and Kailah were so intent on saving Zach. For one, they didn't know if it would be guy/girl pairs and even if they assumed it would be its not like both of them get to work with Zach.

If Cara thinks she's the strongest competitor on the girls side (seems reasonable) then she should probably want Zach gone in order for the guy's playing field to be more even. That way she isn't at risk of Zach carrying one of her opponents in the final.

I think it's just a fear that people get when they are in that environment. I've gone through the whole game and then having a guy "Cory it up" in the final costs them is their worst nightmare. This is what cost a superior competitor in Camilla and caused her to lose to Ashley in Invasion.

Someone like Bananas understands the odds of that happening are the same for everyone so he wouldn't think like that but the girls are more emotional obviously.

Also, I think Zach lives in rural Michigan and he is pretty neanderthal-ish. He could probably swing 370k making him set for life. I think in a previous confession he mentioned that much $ going very far where he is from.
