Someone should rand us our teams in the next 5 hrs. eltbus you around? If so would you mind doing the honors? One post with all teams or suspenseful draws for individual teams over the course of the evening are both acceptable.

I'm going to do this in a way that probably doesn't make a lot of sense in order to create some random drama in case anyone is around & wants to sweat the rand (unless someone vetoes this in the next 10 minutes or so).

As far as I know, these are the 7 pool competitors in alphabetical order:

& these are the tiers created by Eltbus...

My plan is to rand 14 #s from 1 to 100, and post the # after each rand.

The first 7 #s will determine who gets which Tier 2 team.

The 1st # will be bahbah's, and so on through the alphabetical order. Whoever has the highest # of the 1st 7 gets the top team in Tier 2 (in this case Cohutta). Whoever has the lowest # gets the bottom team in Tier 2 (in this case Nany).

The same procedure will occur for the next 7 #s for Tier 1, starting again at bahbah's # first, all the way down to Sven's last.

If the same # appears twice, the person who gets it 2nd will be re-randed.

J murder, I will rand(random.org list) the 2p2 entrants list twice and send to caldarooni(I will denote tier 1 randomization and tier 2 at top

You rand the contestants tier 1 and tier 2 and send to caldarooni

He will pair up in order lised and post. We each can confirm

Or you can do it your way, either way I just sent 2 separate random sequences of the 2p2 names to caldarooni if you want to do the same for the challenge contestants.

Not sure what's unfair at all about what I suggested (unless you think I have a bias & would not accurately report the random.org rank), & my interest was drama, not ease, but happy to do it that way if y'all prefer.

Yeah, double-blind definitely a sensible, time-honored way to do it, I just figured the CHALLENGE deserved some random DRAMA so invented something new & silly.

You can drama both ways, one requires significantly less work. Caldarooni can post one at a time every 5 minutes or whatever if he wants, in order of ranking so people can sweat.

I don't expect someone outside of usa#1 to understand this though
