Cliffs for those of us that may have closed their streams without considering Max Max'ing on Canelo?
Canelo oddly stated that they offered GGG 3x more than he's ever made months ago and he didn't accept. Seems like a line that if it were nearly true and/or fair, Canelo's camp would've said this all along.
Reiterated that he's not afraid to fight anyone and that he's got his camp's back, they're all in this together, and also stated several times that he's the best. No mention of "working into the 160lb weight class," that's the one positive, not hearing that pathetic manipulative argument.
Max did a nice job of pressuring him. It's clear HBO's interest is in the biggest fights, it gives you the most viewers, but these promoters have spines made of glass. Seriously, Arum matching Manny up with Vargas, DLH matching Canelo up with Smith and Haymon matching most fighters up with mismatches... it's rough out there.
