Just make it so that midnight-8AM ET doesn't count, that would put the 12 hour window smack dab in the middle of almost everyone's day unless they live in Australia or something.

Pretty good idea and it worked well in the Wrestling draft, but I'd make it like 2-8am ET this time around.
