Not really. He was suspended whether you happen to think he deserved it or not. He had previously been suspended for the same offense. In between those, he kicked some dude in the nuts and got fined for it.

So your stance in this situation is that he shouldn't be punished as a repeat offender because you didn't think he deserved the suspension.

And in fact the appeal recognized this. He was only suspended for such ticky tack nonsense because of his very bad history. A player that had not been in trouble wouldn't have received any discipline at all.

His first suspension for stomping got him two games off. Then he got punished for the same offense. But with a less severe penalty (70k fine).

It's not consistent whatsoever, but let's get down to it. The NFL didn't deem Suh to be a repeat offender because according to the collective bargaining agreement, players who go 32 games without an infraction are not considered repeat violators.

But you're adamant Brady should be punished harder because of something that happened 100-some games ago.

Lol I don't really remember j brochure outside of him throwing a temper tantrum because he thought I screwed up running some silly bad poster election in politics unchained of all places. He seemed quite mad then and seems rather mad now...
