[ ] Bishop Sankey is a dark-horse heisman candidate

[ ] ASU is not a good team, and has no business being favored in this game.

[ ] Washington scores, doesn’t stop scoring, and then scores some more.

I gotta give ASU credit, I really didn't see this coming. I'm definitely not ranking Washington third in the conference any more. Probably 6th or 7th, depending on how Utah/Arizona goes.

ASU 46-17 to start the 4th against Washington

Oregon was up 31-24 to start the 4th against Washington

It's actually less close than the score suggests. 3 drives stalled inside the 10.

And you still got dominated @ Stanford and have an ugly loss at home against an uninspiring Notre Dame team. I mean, it's a nice showing tonight, but you're still going to have to win @ UCLA to clinch the south.

Can't remember being this pleasantly surprised by ASU, their d-line has just manhandled UW. Rushing yards 224-1 right now.

Yeah, UW gets to get well on home games against Cal and Colorado, but then they have to deal with UCLA and OSU and as of now I have to think they'll be dogs to both.

As a hater I'm pleased with this result but I have to admit I'm pretty shocked by the dominance.

It was probably 80% ND fans as well. That game was disappointing. The Stanford game was very aberrant. To be fair so is this, but we've done it without our #1 WR.

1. Oregon
2. Stanford

Seems clear at this point. But...

3. UCLA?
3. Arizona State?
3. Utah?
3. Oregon State?

I could see any of these looking right by the end of the year. South race will be fascinating.

I'm more afraid of @Utah than @UCLA.

It's not implausible for UW to even climb back into that spot, but yeah, they'll be dogs @ UCLA, probably.

I don't remember playing Notre Dame at home. But maybe I forgot during the trip to and from Dallas to watch the game.

Not only was it mainly ND fans, but all us ASU fans were in the top deck. And all the promos on the screen and announcing was obviously pro Notre Dame treating them as the home team, as it should since they make a yearly thing of this going forward.

The largest undergraduate university in the world doesn't fill a stadium that's on campus, so no one expected them to travel en masse to Dallas. These are branded as ND home games away from home so our admin assumes that, like WSU in San Antonio.

oh and lollllllllll SC

Standard.

Cougs playing reasonably well, will still lose by 28+.

pretty standard is Sark's 3 game losing streak during each season. This year it reminds me of Houston Texan's self destruction after Seattle beat them and then getting clobbered in the next two. What a pathetic game in every facet of the game, for some reason UW historically has problems in the desert and it doesn't matter if its vs ASU or UA, hell, hey would probably lose against Northern Arizona or the local community college for that matter.

Fair or unfair, I'm looking forward to the Keith Price era to end.

Both Washington Schools lost again this week so for me that is always a plus.

Wazzu: 58/89 for 557 passing yards against Oregon (4 TDs and 4 INTs). They still lost 32-62. They only rushed 12 times the whole game. What the hell; they gave it their best shot and have nothing to be ashamed of.

ASU looks strong and/or Washington had a bad game.

Stanford won to redeem themselves.

Oregon State smashed Cal, which is not that tough to do. But Oregon State continues to be strong and may get into the rankings after a few more weeks if they keep winning.

USC lost. That it was to ND is a pisser but I can't have everything.

And UA beat Utah.

Typical day for PAC-12 football mid-season. It will only become more interesting as the weeks go on.

The Ducks have UCLA next (at home), then the big one - on the road at Stanford.

Zeno,

I haven't looked closely yet but OSU should be pretty closed to ranked by now, no?
