from what ive read/heard in this brief time watching figure skating, this chinese team about to take ice has GOAT potential and it was pretty much over for everyone else before it even started

i bet they fall too tho

I was going to argue that this would make it less exciting, but I think you have a point here. It would be more exciting. No more playing it safe for 1st/2nd. Have to go for it all, every time.

I had never cared about figure skating until the Salé and Peltier mess. That was cause for national outrage.

No chance. Even with all the mistakes going on tonight the Canadian routines aren't anywhere difficult or technical enough to compete with these top teams.
