Does Hanson know how to punt anymore?
He forgot how to last year. Pats must have signed him knowing they were going to kill everyone this year.

prediction: New England is gonna go undefeated, get to the Superbowl and then deliberately lose, like punt every possession regardless, while BB just laughs, having successfully pulled off the greatest level of all time

So knowing that BB likes Jauron a lot and respects him and its 56-10, what are we thinking the score of the Jets game will be? 88-3?

I don't want to start a whole American vs. European sports ethics argument, but this whole concept of running up the score being unethical would be unthinkable in any European sports. It's just not thought about.

I don't want to debate either, but I'm interested in hearing about this....are you saying that "running up the score" is a notion that only exists in America?

I saw a soccer game that was 3-0. Total lack of class imo.

I'm English, watch a decent amount of soccer, cricket and a bit of rugby and had to look up the term on wikipedia when I first heard of the concept in an NFL game. Teams do take off key-players and run the clock down to an extent, but no-one is going to get their knickers in a twist if a team 'runs up the score' on another.
