I don't know how it wasn't called down live. u couldnt clearly see the ball come out in live play until he was already clearly down. in the replay he was clearly down.

As someone who almost never watches cfb and has no clue about past stuff I think that call was fair enough. I think he was down personally but I don't think you can be completely sure about it so have to go with the ruling on the field.

Live I didn't think he was ever down until way after the ball came out actually. It was only on the replay it looked even close.

Pretty close, but remember the PI call in the first half and the 4th down spot. There have been 4 controversial calls and they were all huge and each team got 2.
