if you take it like that you have to put the ball where the keeper isnt - then it's a good pen.

There are fewer 3rd place teams advancing than group winners so some winners had to play 2nd place teams. It was just a random draw pre-tourney, nothing to do with points.

Again reminder that the EURO didn't "figure out" VAR as opposde to PL like it was often mentioned

We just happened to have fairly straight forward calls to make for the first few days but VAR guys remain gutless to protect their friends & our rules still suck whether we're in england or in the euros

Ah, didn't realize the England match is a home match for them.

It's an interesting debate. Do you prefer to win this group and get a much easier R16 match, but then the quarters and semis will be tough or do you prefer 2nd and facing England in London, but if you get through that, the rest of the bracket is cake.
