it sure looked bad, and iirc he's had a lot of knee problems. maybe it's just regular old knees **** that he deals with on the reg, or a problem that he can play though. or ~nothing much. hopefully that, he deserves some injury luck
He played last night. Although the whole team looked like **** yet again until 3 mins left in the game. Still not hitting the panic button yet, but am worried about this team.

Mcdavid you can tell in his face he wants out of Edmonton, lol
I think for the star Leaf Austin and Oilers Conner and Leon they will both leave at the end of their contracts or traded.

Mathews is UFA after next year.
Going to be a LOT of chatter if Tor is out in the 1st round this year. Toronto's cap is pretty clean long term. No way they move off him until he indicates he won't re-sign in Tor.

McD still has 3 years to go. (and he's only 26. Ugh can you imagine.) Time to move him has to be after next season when the new team is getting 2 full years.

I just really hope neither does the 7 year re-up

As owner?
Sign a lifetime contract with Ari, and he gets the franchise when he retires?
AKA TheMario?

I don’t think there’s any chance they get to the Final this year…like it’s over, they got 2 cups and were there for a third…you can’t ask for anything more than that.

Like it the way it is. NBA free agency carousel is awful and you end up losing your player if you aren't LA or warm

I don’t mind player movement, makes the league more interesting, just pray we never get load management.

the fact that a place like Edmonton can keep the best player and get him to sign for 8 years and not demand a move to a big market east city is part of what makes NHL contracts so good. Toronto fans think McDavid should only be a Leaf for instance.

Svech ok, but no one actually looks forward to watching the Canes play surely?

his post was basically "I was looking forward to the only team that is maybe within the stratosphere of the best team ever because I'm super salty and anti Boston"

good thing he's stuck losing in edmonton forever ... or something

I’d prefer the players take some power from the owners, but I’m also super not shocked to see Priz openly lick boots.
