mr. game 7 Peter Deboer gets it done again...wondering if he was coaching for his job tonight?

that storyline along with the rantanen explosion again tonight is pretty crazy. wondering if rantanen has more of these games in him going forward or if he really just wanted to stick it to the avalanche and he's cool now.

Was listening back to a podcast and they said "This is the 1st time in NHL Stanley Cup playoff history that a team has come back from multiple goals down in a GAME 7 in the 3rd PERIOD and won in REGULATION." (Not Overtime)

Pete DeBoer now 9-0 in game 7s.

imagine a series where the #1 seed presidents cup team wins the first 2 games at home, gets blown out the next 2 on the road, wins at home, blown out away for 3-3, and then gets smoked in game 7 at home. best defensive team in the league torn apart, total collapse. could you imagine a series like that


they were talking about the 1st round series vs chicago (3-0 --> 3-3 --> win g7) in the pregame, the good timeline, i wonder if they talk about the bad. this one, currently
