Didn't realize players who get eliminated in the ECF are considered for the Conn Smythe

After the Caps dispatch the Pens, their choke will predictably rear its head in the ECF. The path to the SCF for the Isles is all but paved. And by then, the Blues will be just a tad too battle worn from the West to combat the WIM of JT.

I almost feel bad for Pens fans. I know what it's like to be a fan of a 55 CF% high-flying, run and gun team, with a bunch of soft ass bitches on the blue line, and no reliable forward depth. This one is gonna be tough for them. Justin Williams hasn't even scored yet lol. They gon' learn.

lol, what are the pens gonna do, lose against a bunch of soft euros?

such a standard caps season, running super hot and winning the presidents trophy and then losing against the first decent team in the playoffs.

the Caps are the significantly bigger, heavier team. You guys can't see what's right in front of your faces- this series, it's the Pens who are the small, soft team, not the Caps. It's the Pens who have the question marks (goaltending, D, etc). Once Crosby, Letang, or Malkin take a big hit then they'll start losing their minds and swinging the lumber like they're Tim Dr. Hook McCracken and that'll be all she wrote. I mean, you guys actually believe Phil Kessel is gonna be a key to the series. LOLOLOLOLOL

And in unrelated news- Brayden LOLSchenn got suspended 3 games for his high hit on Oshie in game 6. A day late and a dollar short, NHL. What a troll league.

active leaders in playoff points per game

phil kessel would be 3rd on that list if he qualified, with 1 point/game (27 pts in 27 games).

he averages 0.59 goals per playoff game, which is higher than ovechkin's 0.50.

not a difference maker though.

Lol small sample size for fat phil. I'm sure there's active guys with 1-2 games and 1-2 points.

I never said he wasn't a difference maker, in fact he makes a huge difference because he's such a bitch made loser. Phil Kessel... That's a good one.

It's a mortal lock the Pens get a power play in the first 4 minutes of the game. Probably from the refs calling something weak on Wilson to try to keep him under control or whatever it is these idiot refs do. It is known.
