The man has access at every level he's coached with plenty of NHL success. A couple bad years with the sens doesn't change that.

It really has nothing to do with the NHL and more to do with other events at certain arenas such as NBA. Or the Barclays Center which has a random boxing event for the next two nights.

That was Murs.

I don't mind the divisional format for playoffs one bit. I like the rivalries and think divisional matchups will certainly create that.

The Oilers/Stars series and the Red Wings/Avalanche series were some of the best in the late 90s and every time teams like the Bruins/Habs play, it makes for great hockey IMO.

I don't care one bit that we've drawn Tampa Bay 2 straight years or that we might only play Boston/Tampa Bay for the foreseeable future.

That may change though, particularly if you're a Blues fan, I'd imagine you'd be tired of constantly playing Chicago in the first 2 rounds.

Flyers easily outshooting the Caps on the series and dominating large portions of the games while getting absolutely wrecked on variance and special teams.

Really, you mean Game 2 and the first 10 minutes of game 3 when you're down 0-2 at home.
