Is Henrik hurt? looks off

Avs have such great movement in the offensive zone, they should score 5 goals a game

really fun to watch the switching and crosses

And in a shocking turn of events, Mike Milbury is criticizing Ovey.
02-04-2014 , 10:17 PM
i can only imagine how many goals ovechkin could score if he just tried harder.

Watching the Sens trying to match the Blues physically is hilarious.

I doubt the likes of Conacher, Condra or Turris scare many of the guys on St. Louis.

lol, only Bruins fans could start a "Luuuongo" chant while the Canucks were on the power play, and in the Bruins zone. Amazing.

Whole team has played pretty bad the last couple games, but tonight wasn't (all) on them.

Ya, pretty sure the Canuck's management first concern is the Olympics.

Either way it's dumb. You don't play a player when he is still doubling over from his recent injury.

Probably not many but I'd imagine he could have prevented quite a few more.

That Flames-Habs game had so much WIL, it was painful.

Agree, was just loling at the thought of Gillis and co going "We should probably sit Hank so he's fresh for that game against Russia"

Well no, my point is if he's going to play in the Olympics ANYWAY, you can try to get him to those healthy-ish so he stands a chance to play for you after. The way they're doing it now all but guarantees he comes back busted up.

That's nothing. At BU hockey games, the student section has a cheer that always ends "BC SUCKS" and that cheer is heard multiple times in every home game regardless of the opponents.

It's just a Boston thing.

Disclaimer: I'm a BU grad and I totally support this.

I remember when our high school team took a trip to Cornell; we played two Buffalo prep schools along the way, too - St. Francis (Lee Stempniak's former school) and Nichols - but the highlight of the trip was the actual visit to Ithaca for the Cornell games. The two games we saw at Lynah Rink were pretty electric. Cornell was nationally ranked that year, too; they still had Matt Moulson and Ryan O'Byrne, who were dominant players at that level. Just an incredible atmosphere and product.

The game against Quinnipiac was much better (Mike Fisher's brother stood on his head in goal) but the crowd was way more hostile against Princeton. There were far better chants from the student section, but "PRINCETON'S FROM NEW JERRRRRRRR-SEYYYYY" still sticks with me.

If you haven't seen a DI game at a top tier program's barn yet, scratch that off your bucket list. It's awesome.

For incredible atmosphere and pretty good hockey, come to Boston for the one of the first 2 Mondays in February in any year and catch The Beanpot.

A lot of locals pooh-pooh it saying you have to be from one of the 4 schools (BU, BC, Harvard, Notheastern) to get it, but I think any real hockey fan would love it.

More funny that the blues were constantly after these guys post whistle. They're all like 5 foot three, real tough...
