No doubt, just wished he turned and fired it around the boards to where he had two teammates waiting.

im not a huge fan of heatley as i haven't posted about him all season nor did i include him in my avatar even though hes technically one of the best sharks players. in addition, i certainly dont cheer him on when he engages in bitch behavior.

The Joe was rockin' last night. I told the Mrs. it probably hasn't been that loud for a first round playoff game since the late 90's. Yes, we in Wings Country are spoiled. Our team has made the playoffs the past TWENTY STRAIGHT. I'm guilty. 2nd round on, I'll look for tickets. 1st round I'm watching from my lazy boy.

As for Big Bert, I've drank that Koolaid since day one. Villainizing him is LOL bad. He did something that happens over and over again in EVERY hockey game. Except when he did it, something bad happened. If you really think that stuff like that doesn't happen, you must only watch the game on TV, cause the action away from the puck during play and stoppages is often better than the action close to it. If Oven Chicken hurt somebody bad in the same manner it would tragic, but it would be part of the game. Instead it's a guy that everyone loves to hate so he's a goon.
