Meh... they released the Vick and got a win, so are spared this week. Pretty good laughter parity in the top five though.

Sucks about Palmer. Stanton seems like a pretty negligible downgrade at least.

Pats upcoming schedule: @Indy, home vs. DET, @GB, @1.Chargers.

The rankings are going to be a lot less hypothetical than in previous seasons imo. Sick matchups upcoming. We're gonna know who's who by the time we get to the end.

pretty sure carson shredded his knee right after signing that 100+M one in 2005. (it was less than 2 weeks) If you're going to get serious injuries, at least the guy has megaelite timing.

No we won't.

There will be a bunch of matches that somewhat make sense and conform to assumed rankings, and then there will be a few random outlier games that throw everything into the air, leaving us with a pile of about 11 teams all that can win the Super Bowl come January plus New Orleans probably.

the discussion about teams back in the day sucking, I always wondered, why do the Simpsons use the Broncos as incompetent football team in "you only move twice"? The episode originally aired in late 1996 and I always figured the Broncos were the Jacksonville Jaguars of their time until I read up about Elway etc. and discovered they were actually good. Was it because of the big super bowl losses?

Obv not but he's got the worst rushing attack in the league, throwing to ****ing turds, and his coach... Wait who even coaches the raiders!?

Would be nice if he had Edge and Marvin Harrison.
