But the Pats go to Lambeau in two weeks so we don't even have to speculate too much longer. <3 this NFL schedule, so much information this year. All the good teams are playing each other.
Yeah, we can probably still speculate lol one game sample size.

Browns release Ben Tate, wonder if Colts give him a look rather than ride or die with T-Rich

Too bad the trade deadline passed and we are robbed of what Irsay would have given for Tate

Obviously, but the outcome of that game is a pretty huge piece of information about the relative strength of the teams, ldo... that's all I meant

as someone who in 2010 watched

Patriots 45, Jets 3

and 1 month later in the playoffs

Jets 28, Patriots 21

I'm not sure how you are cool with putting a ton of weight into the outcome of one game

ITT we learn that teams that finished high in the standings last year had a tough schedule this year.

This reminds me of when Wooderson claimed 3 years ago that Ben Tate was just as good as Arian Foster.

I think I have:
GB
NE
Den

Godgers just too good. A Godgers-Manning or Godgers-Brady Super Bowl is what we need this year after having to stomach a bunch of ****ty prime time games.

BB vs Fat Mike means I got
1) NE
2) GB

Blount also apparently went home early last night, so he might end up available as well.

so blount left the game early b/c he got 0 carries last night.

Do these running backs realize that they're all nearly out of a job? I realize they're not getting the farm anymore from free agency but the next draft is loaded @ RB. There's way more supply than demand. Shut up act professional and stick as long as you can ffs.

The anti Brady camp just loves pumping up BB. Dude's great but you're pouring it on pretty thick.

The coaching discrepancy in that matchup is simply astounding.

Then again, maybe the new contract has FREED FAT MIKE and the genie has come out of his bottle.

Not sure what we are arguing here. Two teams whose relative strengths we are speculating about actually playing each other on the gridiron is more useful to us than not playing at all. No need to analyze that statement further? I'm not putting a "ton of weight," but I might put a little, no?

RT,

two weeks or so ago you said the highest you could put KC was fringe top 10 because of their QB/HC. Neither of those have changed, and now you have KC 5th. Why the change in heart?

They aren't 5th, I said the teirs below the first weren't ordered. THey're somewhere in the 4th-8th spot.

Nothing has really changed other than the rest of the teams proving fallible. I still have zero faith in them winning in the playoffs for the reasons stated. If they played IND tomorrow in Arrowhead, I'd expect a decent game. Lots of JC/Davis rushing, lots of Luck passes, a few wasted TRich runs, and a few awful attempts at downfield passing by KC. I'd think the game wold be more or less even.

Edit: And I think to be fair I said you cold plug them in at 9/10 and forget about them, or something similar

Saw something yesterday about Beast Mode not going to the locker room at halftime and scurrying out of the locker room post game to avoid the press, speculation was that of possible butthurt over not being asked back next year.

Also him flipping off fans who wanted a snapshot (possible nsfw if boss finds middle finger offensive).

No it isn't. Salva, I'm gonna try not to be harsh like I normally am with you. One game in pretty much any sport never, ever, gives a HUGE amount of information about the relative strength of anything.

If I take away the word "huge" and instead say that two teams actually playing each other in real life gives us a piece of analytical information, will that make you go away?
