Shoulder to shoulder on a WR who has his fingers on the ball when the hit is delivered. Maybe don't lay out for a ball if you don't want to get crushed

It's a penalty when you lower your helmet, and it's a penalty when your helmet is above your shoulders... Going to need retractable heads for defensive backs.
