You’d think running 35 yards in-bounds after coming back in might approach ‘establishing’ yourself as ok to touch the ball. And lol NFL if it’s only a penalty inside the five.....did I hear that right?

Inside the 5 means you can take penalty as touchback. Still a penalty outside the 5

Re-Establishing yourself in bounds is a rule which applies to recieving passes. I assume the establishing part doesn't apply on punts..

that penalty on the 3 and 6 was about the worst call I have ever seen. proly costs the Browns the game.

There are many other factors than the refs causing this browns team to be a loser rather than a good team.

All the other penalties on that drive were legit but not the illegal contact. He’s right it was horrible. More like a punitive award after the knockout to extend the drive.
