Player doesn't tell Agent he'll be skipping OTA's.
Agent doesn't remind player if he misses OTA's he'll lose out on 2 million.
Lack of communication by both parties.

Mike Florio (sp?) said his agent could be liable for some of the money depending on how it played out. Guess these guys are required to carry at least $1MM of insurance for stuff like this.

A Browns player was severely hurt in practice. Ambulance was called, taken to the hospital, media asked not to report player's identity until the team can contact his family.

Most recent report is that he is awake and alert at the hospital and has movement in all his extremities, though.
