Boldin is very slow so mostly plays in the slot now, using his frame to shield the ball from defenders and catch in traffic. He's effective but limited, #1 corners probably stay on Watkins.
Might steal some TDs though:

Hackenberg getting first team reps:

• FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (New York Jets), Monday, from Tim Rohan: On Monday at Jets’ camp, Christian Hackenberg was having trouble just breaking the huddle correctly. During one rep in seven-on-seven drills, as he approached the line of scrimmage, a coach ordered him to re-huddle. When he broke the huddle again—in the wrong fashion for a second time—he was ordered off the field. No one expects the Jets to contend this season, but at some point, they will have to decide whether Hackenberg is the answer at quarterback, a decision that could affect their 2018 draft plans and their franchise for years to come. So for now, all eyes are on him.

Won't hurt Sammy at all. He'll be wide while Boldin is the no. 3/slot guy.

Denison is planning on running s lot of 2 TE sets, so I can see Boldin being one of those TEs on occasion, since he has good blocking skills...and that should open up Sammy more, I would think.

Boldin is great for the Bills, and will be a good mentor for Zay Jones and even Sammy. Andre Holmes is a drop machine, so this is a great pick up for the Bills. Boldin knowns and has played w Tyrod from Baltimore. There's a comfort level there and Boldin doesn't drop balls.

If having Boldin there vultures TDs and catches from the others, that's a good thing, imo.

Shady, JWill, Tolbert running the ball, DiMarco as the FB and out of the backfield, Clay and O'Leary at TE...and a suddenly improved WR corp....this is going to be a hard team to play against.

Now with Boldin and an impressive Rod Streater, they can get rid of lol Philly Brown and Holmes and keep one of the young guys instead: Dakiel Shorts or Dez Lewis. And pick up a 3rd round comp pick from the Pats for Gilmore, as well.

Boldin hurts no one. He makes everyone better IMO.

How does one break a huddle wrong?

Jets plan to draft Hack so early that they are required to play him by year 2 & thus tank their season so hard they get 1st pick only held back by the fact that they drafted a QB so bad they can't plausibly play him for any other reason other than obvious tanking because he can't even break a huddle.

Genius plan almost worked... costs much more than a 2nd to move from 5 to 1.

A kicker was taken 8 picks in round 2 after hackenberg and people at the time thought the kicker wasn't the dumbest pick of the round.

anyway, albert's coming back. He knows he's on the jags now right? Or just "if these idiots are paying cutler 10M I can't retire yet"

As of 10 hours ago the Dolphins o/u is 7.5 -125, I will bet the over vs anyone on the condition that Cutler plays a reasonable amount of games we can agree on. Not lookin for anything huge but would put 62.50 to 50 or something if anyone wants a sweat.

looks like they priced it in. I'm confused, they went 10-6 last year... what was it with Tannehill?

Dolphins had a -17 point differential last year & a pretty poor off-season. 10-6 was a fluke. They would have to be much better this year than last year to be expected to win 10 games.

I think 7 with lower vig. I'd assume it's a combo of them not actually being a 10 win team last year (their expected WL was 7.6-8.4) and a tougher schedule this year (2nd place sched+ AFCW & NFCS).
