actually now that i think of it, i can just PM my cell number to whoever is before and after me in the draft, and ask them to text me when i'm up, yes?

just a simple, 'you're up' instead of a pm if i'm not on 2+2...

i think i just took these 2p2 fake real srs bizz drafts to a new level.

Having never done a dynasty draft before, can someone explain how the draft is done? Do we do it over the forum or is there some sort of program that keeps track of all the players?

we'll make a spreadsheet. everyone picks as if they're starting a franchise over with every nfl player is eligible.

every active player is available, and once picked, unavailable.

if there's 30 teams picking 28 each, that's what, 840 total players drafted.

i'm lost that you're lost. but then it's 130am and i was drunk at 10. wtf are you thinking about, exactly? it's a draft..

thats not what i meant. i just meant that there are so many players that it seems inevitable that players will be picked twice as we get deeper

if we wait until after superbowl, which is fine.... we should include draft eligible players. i'd like to include them either way just to make for better discussion since we aren't going to have another draft anytime soon annd this will take a verrrrrrrrry long time.

You really must've been drunk because you missed the point again and answered a question I didn't ask...

I didn't say that a player could be drafted again. I said that with the massive player pool (which discounting ST, would be 32 x 50 or 1600 potential players), eventually someone will accidentally be picked twice. It seems inevitable. I saw it happen in the FIRST ROUND in the 06 redraft, which had a significantly smaller player pool. It also happened in the 09 redraft.

The reason I brought this up anyway is because I saw the thread for the last NFL dynasty draft and they had some sort of website tracking all the players and teams.

I don't think anyone got picked twice (and that pick was kept) in the Modern Era Draft.

yeah, the good owners actually look at the spreadsheet. the 06 repicker wasn't even around the whole draft. so don't worry about repicks

didn't get what you were saying, but yeah, there'll be a spreadsheet with a page of picks by round, a teams page, and a page with drafteds by position.

when we get 10+ rounds in, just check the position page before you pick.

Personally I think picking coaches and assembling a staff would be pretty awesome. I think the level of discussion would be awesome as long as people put in effort.

I agree on no coaches, and like including players in next years draft.

Add Biiigchips to the list I posted earlier, and have someone not in the draft do the random order?
