That's a miserable decision.

Seriously, I wanna see a baseball manager pinch hit a pitcher for their cleanup hitter one day, and then when the media asks them what they're doing, just be like "well football coaches punt on 4th and 1, why can't I pinch hit my pitcher?"

Holding penalties are SO huge, and they can plausibly be called on 80% of running plays. Easiest way to fix a game...random drive-killing holding calls.
