There's an obvious need at CB, but the more I've thought about this, the more I'm convinced that the Lions need to address this in free agency. The Lions can win now and I think they should aim to do so. I think it's much easier to find OL to contribute early in the draft and address CB in free agency than vice versa.
Lions pick 23, so I'm not sure who would be available there. At CB, Claiborne and Kirkpatrick will certainly be gone. Janoris Jenkins may be available but is obviously a massive character risk. I think there's one other projected first-round CB but I don't remember who it is.

At OL, barring any serious drop in their stock, I think if Reiff or DeCastro slip to 23 they're the obvious choice. I'm not sure where the O-line prospects go beyond that.

Man, reading our old mock drafts makes me pine a little for what might have been. Mostly I think about this because I drafted Navorro Bowman for the Saints at the end of the 2nd round in 2010.

Michael Floyd would be awesome for the bears if he can drop down to them. Hopefully Lovie will not be too put off by his DUI problem.

Well, that year-end winning streak cost you guys some draft position, but Jonathan Martin might still be there. Alshon Jeffrey too, depending on his workouts. David DeCastro would be a slight reach but clearly the top guard on the board. You may luck into Dre Kirkpatrick.

The name I've seen a lot is Peter Konz who I would be happy with.

Who will be the starting QB next year?

Biggest need might be a new DC

Skelton imo....****ing Kolb. Trade him to Cleveland.

RayRay is ours baby. Good luck with Fisher

I kind of want the Cards to try and trade back to tail end of 1st round so they can recoup a 2nd round pick or a player...unless someone they love falls to them at their current spot.

Cards really need a solid #2 WR but not sure they'd over pay for a BLloyd etc.

A legit TE wouldn't hurt either.
