dude are you ****ing ******ed? it wasn't a fumble he ****ing ran str8 towards a bouncing punt and then after it hit him instead of jumping ontop of the ball to maintain possession he just let it roll away from him pretending it didn't hit him.

YOU DON'T RUN OVER TOWARDS A ****ING WILDLY BOUNCING PUNT.

and then he had a perfectly good opportunity to recover it but instead he decided it would be better to pretend it didn't hit him CUZ YOU KNOW THERE'S NO REPLAY NO ONE WILL EVER BE ABLE TO TELL....

i can abide a fumble/mistake due to effort someone trying to make a big play but that dumb ****ing moron just ran over to the ball then tries to dance out of the way when he never should have been anywhere near the ball.

after that play and the lol bad fair catch the niners coaching staff should've got their heads out of their asses and realized he was totally out of his head and either put someone else back their to return the punts or just had no one back there and let the giants down it wherever the ball lands cuz it was 1000% going to happen again.

I got 4-1 on the Giants the first time around from a 2p2er at a party. That worked out well.

Yup, or at least told him to hold on to the ball for dear life in the rain and worry about making plays second. It's pretty obvious someone told Aaron Ross to do that because he was clutching the ball with both hands and would go down pretty quick when a crowd closed in.

Either SF didn't tell Williams to do that or he didn't listen. But my guess is no one ever told him and the kid was trying to make a play to make up for his earlier **** up.

Lol type 'ky' in google right now.

Ummm pretty accurate line I would say, one team was 9-7 in the regular season...the other was 13-3 (although obviously played a weaker schedule). I love NE and the Under, they're coming for Brady to be the G.O.A.T and for retribution...GO PATS

Last year Steelers were 12-4, Packers 10-6. GB favored by 3 in the SB, more than rightly so. Regular season is over.

Yeah Pats D should have no problem shutting down Cruz and Nicks imo.

So you like over 55 then? I'll take that with you if you want...

Clearly the Pats pass defense will struggle in this game, but if you think they'll just get decimated you're out of your mind.

Idk there might be value on the under, but weird things tend to happen in SBs that make them go over. Just saying if you're taking Pats and under, you're implicitly betting on the Pats D and/or fading the Giants O. Not really feeling that combo.

Yeah I totally forgot about the play earlier where it hit his knee, I was only partially paying attention at that time. I thought you were just complaining about the fumble on the return in OT, which sucks but it happens.

With how bad he played, the 9ers still had plenty of opportunities and didn't capitalize. Going 1 for 9 or whatever on third downs is pretty LOL. Receivers were nowhere to be seen the entire game. Gotta make some plays here and there other than long VD TDs.

Hope people don't shoot that dude or burn his jersey in his driveway like idiot mouthbreathers did at Jacoby Jones' home. Players are trying their best and sometimes **** up in high leverage spots. This is another reason I really hate how conservative coaches are in-game. It's like they want to keep every damn game within 3 points, when so many mishaps are capable of happening in high-leverage spots. I wish coaches would be more aggressive when they control the ball and not put **** in the hands of fate.

i totally agree with most of what you said....the niners were atrocious on 3rd down and on offense for the most part as well....HOWEVER they still dominated the giants and 95% win that game if he doesn't **** up the first punt.

like i said i don't get on people when they **** up an effort play, anyone can make an error and thats just part of the game you have to live with. anyone who expects perfection has obv never played.

HOWEVER what i can't accept is when professional athletes make BRAIN farts that cost the team a win. you have to have your ****ing head in the game and there is no excuse for mental errors of that magnitude. its basic pee wee level stuff we're talking about.

a good parallel is the denver/chicago game. the play at the end of regulation by marion barber is unforgivable (tho lovie smith is also to blame for not just calling a ****ing kneel down). obv the fumble in OT sucked but thats w/e **** happens can't get too worked up, everyone fumbles just sucks that it happened in OT. HOWEVER him running the ball out of bounds is just ****ing inexcusable.

those kind of mental **** ups are 100% a result of people ****ing off during practice and not preparing mentally like they should. hot shot ****ing players that think they don't have to pay attention in practice etc and then have no ****ing game awareness in crucial spots.

i also lay heavy blame on the coaching staff. a good coach would realize whats going on with his players and adjust accordingly. i mean everyone in the ****ing western hemisphere could see williams head was ****ed up and he wasn't mentally capable of fielding punts. how the **** you leave him out there to be in a position to kill you is incomprehensible to me.

like i said it would have been a superior decision to just have nobody back there and let the ball bounce till its killed. sure you're going to get ****ty field position but the risk vs reward of turning the ball over in that spot is just too high when you know you have a guy back there who not only isn't used to returning punts, but also is clearly not in the right state of mind to be on the field.

while williams 100% cost them that game, the coaching staff is to blame for allowing him to be in a position that he could do so.

The Pats never beat a team with a winning record in the regular season. This only changed in the playoffs with the Broncos(come on now) and the Ravens, who really outplayed them today and should have won the game.

People who are on the Pats really have to explain why to me. Tom Jackson in picking the Ravens today said that the Pats lost in back to back weeks to Big Ben and Eli and then beat eight of the worst quarterbacks in NFL history. Really true.

He pulled some stupid **** like that either last week or the week before he sudden ran full speed to return a short punt with no room to run and he luckily got a nice bounce right to him and was immediately tackeled. Horrible horrible decision maker.

Anyways, what the niners needed was a few short/quick step passes. He kept dropping back 5 steps and then stood there like a tard. It was like watching frickin groundhog day.

The Giants scored 24 points, all in the 2nd half, in Foxboro week 8 without Nicks and Bradshaw. I don't see a compelling reason to think they should score less in the SB. There's still a small window to hit NE and the under if they do get to 24, but I still think that's the least likely parlay.

Kick returners are kind of like closers in baseball. There are a small handful of legit returners, yet every team has a dedicated returner and that person thinks they are awesome and wants to see their name in lights when they house one.

But the 99% kicks that aren't housed they basically make bad/risky decisions that often cause more harm than good.

It's like the ST coach does nothing but tell them how awesome they are to build their confidence, then they buy into it and dance around on every ****ing return with the ball dangling there, trying to force something to happen because they want to be Devin Hester.

Evenly matched teams. Someone had to lose, sad that it came down to a mistake like that, poor kid is gonna get crucified.

Great game and Giants/Pats Superbowl should equally be as good. Im picking the G-Men to take it down, Eli and Cruz gonna have a field day.

I didn't make any statement regarding forced/unforced.

4 TO (+2) is unlikely to happen again either way regardless of how well the Giants defense is playing and how much they are forcing. that was a huge story in that game
