I'm fine with UNC as a 3 as long as they get to play in Charlotte the first two rounds.

I don't want to be in Kansas or tOSU's region though.
03-13-2011 , 03:16 PM
Duke/UNC both being 2s just doesn't seem right to me. I think UNC is a 3.

Yeah I much prefer a 3 in Charlotte than a 2 out west

Duke totally deserves to be a 1 seed. Whomever of Pitt or ND isn't a 1 should be their 2 though.

UNC and Duke should both be in Charlotte the first two rounds. However, K has complained before about not wanting to be in a pod with UNC because UNC fans create a hostile environment for Duke. If we get shipped out because of that complaint .

Don't agree with UK at a 2, because they had a cake walk in the SECT and a home game in the championship. UK/UF both at 3s makes sense.
03-13-2011 , 03:22 PM
Such a sin Coastal's best player got suspended...woulda been a fun team to watch for an opening day upset.

This is wrong, we have the same number of wins but one more loss

A few hours ago I thought it was absurd for Uconn to be a #2, but I guess after Pitt/Duke/ND teams 6-15 are super close. They do have more good wins this week than UNC has all year, so there's that.

If it was up to me,

Ohio St
KU
Pitt
Duke
--
Notre Dame
UNC
SDSU
UConn

No way Kentucky deserves a #2, my next in line for a 2 would be Texas
03-13-2011 , 03:59 PM
Duke over ND? lulz

That's pretty much my #1s and #2s as well (still unsure on UCONN, I know they raped the BE tourney, but I'd rather see another team at a #2) LOL @ ND getting a #1 instead of Pitt.

villanova is the only beast team im concerned about not getting in (of the 11, obv), and only if the committee starts getting cold feet about 11 teams from 1 conference
03-13-2011 , 04:01 PM
ESPN has the most random people doing their Selection Sunday intros, Jim Gaffigan and Kiefer Southerland. Wtf?

I'm not saying Villanova shouldn't be in, but if they are, it is a sad commentary on the quality of the field.

OK, lose 4 in a row/9 out of 14 to decent competition, whatever, but you have to beat South Florida in MSG. What a joke - you have got to be punished for that.

I'd much rather see a team that hiccuped early in the season but finished strong, like Alabama, Colorado, Penn St. etc.
03-13-2011 , 04:45 PM
UConn can't be a 4. I have them as a 1. They should at worst be a 3.

They are crawling on their knees to the finish line but they'll be in.
03-13-2011 , 04:49 PM
so when do they announce this?

Looks pretty good. Not sure about Louisville over SDSU for a #2 but it wouldn't be a crime or anything.
