Uhh it does. Rules clearly state you need to keep possession while going to ground.

Penn st guy did not do that. Osu defender clearly did.

the PSU WR clearly did. once he goes down with possession the tOSU DB is touching him the play is dead.

hence, TD PSU.

You are wrong, he completed the catch on the ground only after being down did the OSU guy take the bell from him. If you wanna argue there wasn’t enough evidence to overturn at least that wud be more reasonable (while still being lolrefs for getting the original call wrong) but thinking Ohio St definitely picked that ball off just shows your bias.
