My favorites are the stepping stone schools that don't want to believe that they're stepping stones. Take Arkansas State, since they're close to me. Those guys are legit mad that guys won't stay there. lol

The biggest butthurt is always from the stepping stone that thinks it's actually a destination job.
Ark St fans may really want someone to stay and build the program, but they can understand why a coach leaves. I may want Franklin to stay at Vandy forever but I've already said he'll leave if offered an NFL job or a college where he could win Nattys.
Tennessee fans were honestly stunned when Kiffin left: not that he left after only a year and the way he left (which everyone could see was pretty dickish). Just the idea that someone would leave UT at all was completely unfathomable to them. They thought of themselves as a top 5 program and being shown that they weren't was a real blow that I'm not sure they've recovered from.
