Kelly to Oregon! headline would have many Ducks fans briefly ecstatic then hopelessly disappointed.

As long as we're dreaming, what if the ND contract just says "Kelly" without specifying a first name?

i will be shocked if Brian is the Kelly that goes to Oregon...and I will be even more shocked if Chip is the one (Chip ain't coming).

my opinion:
no lame kiffin
no les miles
pj or frost are a bit of a gamble, but if that gamble hits it will be fun
curious where strong lands. not that i'd want him as hc, but if he ended up as dc and did some crootin', that would be nice

Him winning a title there would be great though. Just think of all those southern cal tears

See Les Miles has interest in the Houston job and they have interest in him. Hmmmmm, seems like it would be a weird fit

Guess where Phil Knight was this past weekend? I wonder if he ever had the chance to talk to Greg Schiano? Saw that he spent a bit of time in OSU's locker room.....

Oregon isn't just going to bounce back into the national title chase. They have significant structural disadvantages to overcome regarding recruiting. It's hard to win there.

Kiffin has already done the Pac-12. He needs to get a job at a Big 12 school. Like Baylor. And Baylor neeeeeds Kiffin.

Also: I could see Willie Taggart at Oregon. Might be a better fit than Fleck.

This is truly my favorite time of year when people start speculating what's going on with private jets.

Why not Lane Kiffin to Houston? Feels like that would be a good fit. And the expectations would be less than at a big 12 school. Plus, Tom Herman is leaving a decent team behind and he could ride that to an even better job in a few years

Lane leaving for Lsu is a lateral move just to get out of Sabans shadow. He needs to prove he can be a head coach again and Houston is a perfect landing spot to do just that.

With Kiffin does Houston really want another stepping stone coach?

They have to go hard if they want to become a non-stepping-stone-program. Can't be worried about that.

Lane and Baylor, perfect fit from an ethical perspective

I guess Kiffin to Houston would be okay, the AAC hasn't yet had the full KIFFIN experience.

Still prefer Kiffin to Baylor though.
