At this point every time bowling greenr runs it should mean a swift kick in the balls to whoever is making the play calls.

Fiesta Bowl fades NIU only to draw UCF. LOL.

Fiesta Bowl was getting the 8th pick so it's not like they ever had a shot at Bama.

Hey guys, we are down 3 TD's. Let's keep the game plan. Run run run. Punt. Run run run. Punt. KEep that clock going. Let's try and trust our D to make a play though they've left every WR open by 40 yards.

I've had little or no problem with NIU's play calling in this game.

Maybe the Fiesta Bowl paid off the coach in addition to doping the defense.

You want to run the ball down 3 TD's? LMFAO ok.
I am not talking about the first half.. but in the 4th, running the ball? GTFO

So their WRs aren't capable of running clean routes against the press, are seeing semi-soft boxes, and want the ball in their best players hand. Their OL is getting trashed and allowing free rushers.

But let's discuss play calling and not the complete lack of execution.

has any coach ever said they called a bad game and not said we didn't execute?

Think I've heard my fair share of coaches put a lot of blame on themselves.

I assume he meant ACC, same timeslot as the Big Ten game. Pac 12 Title game is also at roughly the same time (all three games will be on simultaneously), but not sure why its "relevant" if we're talking national title picture.

Stanford - ASU might not be relevant, but I want to watch it.

Enjoyed the MAC game today.

Look forward to some excitement tomorrow.

Wanted to make sure I'm thinking this through right. BG win cost NIU a spot in a BCS game, right. So that win cost BG their share of the $8 million NIU would have brought to the MAC?

Seems a shame that now almost every major conference has a title game they are all bunched up on each other. I think last year they had the PAC12 one early at least.

Nobody wants to go against the SEC one so that leaves the rest all at the same time in primetime.

At least the Big12 didn't use up every interesting game last week.

Since they lost their championship game the Big12 has done a good job of making sure they have decent final week games. It's a bad idea to wrap your season up early and have absolutely nobody see or talk about any of your teams the weekend of the championship games, something the Big10 never learned in their pre championship game years.
