How many teams are going to be in the Big-10 next year? Is there any upper limit on conference size?

I think the clock starts running once they reset if it’s declined. But only at 25, so 2nd and 3 with 1:52 and winding 25 and 1 TO.

Or 1st and 20 with 1:52 and clock stopped and 1 TO.

But they could have made them punt with 40 seconds

obv doesn't matter as if u give up a first when the have 1st and 20 then 2nd and 3 won't end any better
