lol at cops beating people for "no reason". I doubt they were serving food to the homeless while helping an old lady cross the street.

they were pepper spraying people who were INSIDE BARS... i really dont think you understand what was happening... sure some kids who caught beatings probably deserved it... but everyone who i saw get beat was completely unjustified

there was no reason for the riot police to be out there anyway... most people who were on route 1 were just trying to get to the bars... get some food... or get back to their house

I've been in these same "riots" at Penn State and that is exactly how I would describe it

It's really not a riot untill the cops show up and start pepper spraying everyone for no reason

Anyone know where I can find a complete "Championship Week" schedule with TV listings for any game thats on TV? ESPNs schedule only lists games that they air on one of their networks but CBSC and the FSN sports channels almost certainly air some of these games and a 20 minute google search was unproductive (although I found EXACTLY what I wanted, for last years CW)

No greater sporting event on earth than March Madness and for me I love watching the early CW games like the Big South quarters and random **** like that

that was a great game last night. I thought both teams played well and looked good. Sucks to be on the losing end of it, but it happens sometimes. Vasquez hitting that incredibly difficult shot basically sealed it, otherwise we probably tie it back up. Good win for maryland, now onto duke/unc. This is probably the last thing unc needs, a pissed off duke team. I think any chance unc had to sneak up on duke was eliminated tonight.

I was inside the walls of a Bar, just standing there and as you can see from my second picture you can see the pepper spray gun.....If people didnt get out of the way, the Police would know them down and arrest them, was pretty ridiculous imo....Students weren't rioting...

Other than jthegreat, I agree with most people ITT. Duke is clearly the better team overall, but UMD is playing great coming down the stretch and obviously the variance of a single elimination tourney(both ACCT and NCAAT) will have more to do with declaring a winner than anything else.

And yes Vasquez's dad is freakin' awesome!
