Well I have to say I'm pretty happy as a Davidson fan. If the Davidson big men could make a ****ing free throw and if OK shoots like OK from the free throw line, this game was a coin flip IMO.

I know Curry is a good, if not great player but +40 FG attempts by 1 player in college isn't saying much for the rest of the team. If he has to do that all year his gas tank will be empty by tourney time.

With 53.6 secs left in the game ESPN showed he was 12-43 FG's. Apparently I wasn't the only one that noticed this since there's a couple of other posts in this thread saying the same thing.

I switched over to this game after UK got beat by UNC and I wasn't really watching it but when I saw that stat I made my post.

Yeah 12-43 isn't something you ignore. Idiotic mistake by ESPN2.

****ing White Lobster goes 1-9 and McKillop goes 1-4. Davidson can't beat a team like OK when guards other than Curry can't make a ****ing jump shot. Because Lovedale might be the second best player on the team, but you can't expect him to put up much offensively when he's facing OK's front line. Davidson's guards are going to have to step up this season if they are going to be a threat against top-25 teams.

how did that many of you fall for that typo? I looked at my roommate and we were both wondering how they botched it that badly since it was how many total attempts he had including his 14 FTs. The player of the year definitely played in that game though.
