The NBA basically has a don't ask don't tell policy on steroids. 3 people as far as we can tell have been suspended over the past 10+ years from steroid use. You'd have the be quite naive if you didn't think steroid use was pretty rampant in the NBA.

So if we assume, that like most other marketed sports, the NBA has steroid use, who are the top 5 suspects on your list? I'm asking because there are some that seem extremely obvious to me, and yet no one seems to really mention it.

Carlos Boozer
Ben Wallace

I guess as a basketball and NBA fans, should we care about steroid use? I'm still torn about it. There are a couple on my list above though that I'd bet the house they are juiced.

I'm not only saying the bulk though, but even in a developing body, there are significant differences in his face.

That's just one example. I mean, if we wanted to just focus on LBJ, there's a lot of evidence against him in particular. Tumor removed from his lip lat year. Same kind of thing that happens w/ long term PED use. Same kind of tumor that other convicted roid users have had to have removed like ARod, Petite, Manny, etc... He gains almost 40 pounds in between a season. He's admitted to having done drugs at an early age.

I guess the real question I'm getting at though, is do NBA fans care? Like I said, for myself I'm kind of torn about the issue.
