So I've been watching the Cavs preseason games. Mobley looks like a defensive star. He's long and springy and mobile. And he's always positioned correctly. Really raw offensively but can do things sometimes. I like the whole team outside of Garland, Sexton, and Okoro. Those 3 guys seem to suck by my preseason eyetest.

1. Ridiculous fit/BbIQissues lead to massive underperformance in early season
2. Either trade away every player over 6ft7 or have a team meeting where you “explain roles” (aka box out for Russ or run to the corner and let Russ run pnr)
3. Team goes on a nice run Jan-March when teams are coasting. Lots of triple doubles and scowls
4. Ridiculous fit/BbIQ issues lead to massive underperformance in postseason
5. Russ asks out and team is very happy to accommodate him

I will, in fact, hate to see it, but I believe the UTAH JAZZ will win the first title in their somewhat racist history

Based on the way the 2022 season should play out, there won't be that many matchups where Rudy is exploitable. Harden is on the Nets obv. GSW and Dallas won't quite be good enough. Nugs and Clippers are hurt. Suns should come back to earth. Lakers are their most dangerous rivals and they have comical spacing/age issues. Remember the Jazz vs the "big 3" thunder? Was a good spot for Rudy.

Furthermore, Mitchell could take another leap. Especially under the tutelage of the second greatest SG of all time. At 25 this is now his pure pure prime.

And with Kyrie's situation spiraling out of control, there's a decent chance the Jazz get a favorable matchup in the finals.
