Couldn't they just max Lonzo in the offseason? I doubt Pels match that type of deal.

it's actually pretty cool. you understand what i am saying? I am watching the c's vs utah on the nba package right now and somehow the feed just follows one player the entire time. zoomed in on him. Arena sounds only.

i'm sorry, but i can't co-sign harden being in the wholesome triple double club after he forced shut up and listen to trade 2 1sts and 2 swaps for toxic triple double culture.

i'm open to changing my mind if i see wholesomeness in the playoffs.

MPJ's been playing so well the last ten games or so. In the past it was sort of the team and then him doing his own thing, rarely taking small advantages and turning them into big one, but lately he seems to have figured it out. He's just such a ludicrously efficient scorer from all levels, so much that I think if he were on a bad team and allowed to carry a 30% usage we would see second year KD-type numbers.

I'm sold on his outside shot--43% pretty consistently over two years and 38% in the playoffs, small samples all around but he's been pretty consistent.

I'm trying not to get too excited, but it's hard.

PJ Tucker traded to THE BUCKS!

The Houston Rockets are trading P.J. Tucker, Rodions Kurucs and Milwaukee's 2022 first-round pick back to the Bucks in exchange for D.J. Augustin, D.J. Wilson and an unprotected 2023 first-round pick, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. In addition, Houston gained the right to swap its 2021 second-round pick for Milwaukee's 2021 first-round pick, provided the Bucks do not pick in the top nine. The Bucks are also trading forward Torrey Craig to the Phoenix Suns, according to Wojnarowski. The Rockets had previously taken Tucker out of the lineup when it became apparent that a trade was coming. Now, he has his wish. He'll join a championship contender in the Bucks while Houston continues its move toward a rebuild.

Daryl Morey was just on the Mindscape podcast (hosted by theoretical physicist) talking about being a GM. That guy is smart as hell - I'm a fan. Even a discussion about dark matter at the very end.

I've got it as a tentative B- for the Bucks. They needed to make a move for a shot to contend and the upside of Tucker playing much better than on disfunctional Rockets roster (reasonable gamble). This year might be the Bucks best ever title chance, especially if AD is not 100%. So high upside, medium downside.

Price still seems a bit too much, and this trade will look bad for front office if it doesn't work out. Will also need to see what other trades pan out for a final verdict.
