Was at the Sun's game tonight. Building felt about 60-70% full, which seemed lame for opening night...even if it was the Kings. Game was fun though. I've only lived here 7+ years, but I can tell the city is tired of the Suns sucking. Nobody expects them to be playoff contenders this year, but they want to see something better than what they've been seeing.

Joker had 3 fouls in the first four minutes. Playing him while the team was keeping it close, then leading seems dumb to me. I mean they were trying to get him out when he got two quick ones but he picked up an offensive foul that was pretty blatant.

After one game I'm moving Wiggins ahead of Love and Wall and saying he has the worst contract in the league.

Luka and Staps are going to beast this year. Washington is beyond awful, but everything came so easy for both of them last night. Haven't been this excited about a season in a long time. The seasons where my team is just starting to fight for a playoff spot and possibly advance a round or two are weirdly more fun and exciting to me than the seasons where I'm expecting my team to be a legit contender. This feels like the early Dirk years where the Mavs first started making the playoffs.

On a related note, how do you post Gifs in the thread and how do you make a Gif your profile pic? Never done either before but there is a Luka and KP Gif that is too good to pass up.

Is there an instruction page that explains how to do everything?

Edit: for the avatar, when I try to make the Gif my avatar, it says the request entity is too large. I'm assuming I need to figure out a way to save the Gif so that it is no larger than 80 by 80 pixels. It's much larger than that currently.

Edit 2: I found the How to Post Pics thread, so I'll try to follow those instructions and can hopefully figure it out. Pics seem pretty easy, but it seems more complicated than I thought it would be to use a Gif as an avatar though.
