Zach lowe’s article was pretty on point in that Houston draws more ire because they push unexplored bounds off bball edges, whereas the dubs more often operate within accepted ways of stretching advantages

This is probably true. I feel like the Warriors can act like a bunch of entitled dickheads, but I can also respect what they do because they aren't trying to push the edges of the rules in a way that makes the game harder to watch, quite the opposite.

I battle between loving the Rockets and wanting to gouge my eyes out, which is a struggle because the analytical side of me has MAD respect for their strategies overall.

I don't have much of a finger on the pulse so can anyone enlighten me - my friend who is a myopic raptors bandwagoner thinks Kawhi is 80% to re-sign with Toronto. This can't be right can it?

Long way away from this but I do think Philly would be the toughest matchup GS has faced in their run with KD. Embiid healthy would be a problem for them.

Maybe because of matchups and a general decline of GSW, but no way are they the best team GSW have faced. 2017 Cavs would absolutely smoke them

Embiid poses a matchup problem but the sixers offense would get snuffed overall imo. Embiid prob goes off and puts up sick lines but they get run. Would be a very fun series though

Philly D seems to be doing a really good job of anticipating and rotating off Leonard's passes, obviously he has glaring limitations as a playmaker and they seem to be picking up on it. Then once they rotate, none of the other Raptors are really adept at putting it on the floor against this D.

They've been stuttering Kawhi and he's still hitting a ton of tough jumpers. The key is the rest of the O other than Kawhi and Siakam are off. Bench is especially bad for Raptors.
