He's not good enough for a rebuilding team to want to build around, so he should be target of a capped-out playoff team if he is moved at the deadline. That suggests that teams wanting to trade for him are probably constrained to matching salary that is not a key rotation player plus draft picks that are likely to be non-lottery firsts at best. How many depends on if the salary is expiring or not and how bad of a contract it is. They may also be able to throw in a young player who doesn't look to be in their long-term plans but might benefit from a change of scenery.
The alternative is that he could be the target of a team with cap space after it strikes out on its top free agent targets this summer. In that case, you could easily have a poorly-run team making a stupid trade.
