sixers should have experimented with more high pnr using embiid imo. also covington must have hurt his finger badly

think the sixers also committed like half their tovs in the 4th. felt like it anyway

Houston looked like they were missing 2 starters certainly In the second half. Damn.

The London training camp and Ainge's use of the $8.5 million Hayward injury exemption should lead to an updated team presentation later in the year.

Cleveland, however, remains the team to beat in the East.

It's mindblowing that a ref can call those fouls on Harden and at the same time nobody tries to drive to the basket anymore in the money time because if you get butchered in the paint no foul will be called.

Wow Boston beat Houston? Sick.

After Lowe's article about Houston they've been pretty ****ty. Who knew they were riding on the crest of a positive variance wave?

Refs with some stones nowadays between the harden calls and the LeBron calls. Baby back and beard ***** so much the refs are starting to turn on them. Fantastic.

ya, but those calls on Harden were complete flops by Smart, and actually probably fouls on Smart for grabbing him before diving.

Yeah I’m not a Harden fan but rewarding Marcus Smart (who is the worst flopper in the league) is like boycott the nba worthy. That was absurd.

They've lost 1 game with CP3 all year, 0 if you count games finished by CP3

The irony of frauden being on the wrong end of a flop is perfect. Crying like a little ***** after the game is hilarious--frauden probably didn't even show that emotion after his epic choke vrs the spurs.

hou mostly looks like a banged up team that isn't that deep, but they may have had some general defensive slippage as well even aside from the injuries. which sounds weird to say

DJ Stephens is playing in the french league, he did the ASG dunk contest tonight

Obviously he won easily with a alley-oop off a made lay-up and an elbow dunk like Vince

Fred Weis (dunk of death victim) and Boris Diaw were there commentating and this happened after the dunk contest at Boris Diaw request :

Enjoy the frenchmade youtube player

I think he's the best dunker playing pro ball alive right now a shame he couldn't hang more than 10 days in NBA

it's just very hard for Harden when he has to lead a lineup of PJ Tucker, Briante Weber, Tarik Black, and Gerald Green who was signed the same day.

Ryan Anderson has 0 confidence in his shot right now and so does Tucker. Nene can only play 20 minutes a game, its just hard giving 40 minutes to Ryan Anderson who contributes so little.

And I'm not really one to complain about the refs, but calling those fouls in that spot... Im sure a guy is just going flying to the ground because he has an arm in his chest...

The refs were just awful in general last night. Both teams played like ass in opposite halves of the game. Smart definitely sold the calls but Harden needs to not put himself in that spot. He was pushing and grabbing during the Horford make and then made no effort whatsoever to get open and just blasted through Smart.
