Two other things in the news:

Yao made the HOF, to the surprise of no one who understands the system

and

Westie wasn't happy after last night. RJax didn't get along well with his OKC teammates while he was there and unsurprisingly the animosity remains.

Like we didn't know Young was a cheater. Russell obviously broke bro code, but I'm sure 99% of athletes cheat. ****, even I've only had one gf I never cheated on or vice versa. It happens to everyone.

Also looking to bring in David Morway to the FO which is prbly a good move.

I think he's going to have the President title and someone else will have the GM one but he'll be the decision maker

They'll can Karl in the off-season and he'll pick the coach. Up to this point Vivek has been hiring the coach first which isn't the norm and creates conflict/issues/disharmony.

Vlade traded 2 swaps and an unprotected first to Philly to get Stauskas off the books so he could sign Rondo and Bellinelli. They're screwed forever.

and the contract given to Rondo was the WOAT too

2 year deal w/ the second year a PO. Hope you enjoyed him this year while he reestablished some value.

I do assume he reups there though

eta: I guess it was a straight 1 year deal, I could've sworn it was a 2 but either way the point still basically stands.

I mean I wouldn't call that Rondo contract the woat... a longer deal with lots of money would've been way worse. We can pretty much guarantee his next deal will be worse.

a 2 year deal w/ a PO year 2 is what woulda made it super bad

trading a chunk of your future for a 1 year deal is pretty bad though, even if you don't like Rondo if you're going to sacrifice things to gamble on him doing it for one year is pretty lol
