I believe it's Thursday on TNT

Just watched the latest Office

Wasn't that impressed.

Any chance that Iverson impresses in Turkey and an NBA team calls him over and signs him by January-February?
11-08-2010 , 07:12 PM
He has no NBA-out clause
11-08-2010 , 07:18 PM
Like that would stop Iverson from quitting on his Turkey team.

well the contract is still enforceable dude

Me neither. The last three games they've trotted out a combo of Sheldon Williams, Melvin Ely, and Gary Forbes out as their bigs. Chauncey and JR haven't really been lighting it up either.

Aflalo though.

Sheldon Williams has been pretty good so far. I didn't realize he was, or is playing like, a great midrange shooter.

FYP. He will reach another level if he can keep this up throughout the season, though.

I always thought his two glaring weaknesses were selfishness and offensive fouls, and thus far he's been great in that department.

The Nuggies as a whole seem to be sharing the ball more. Which is weird considering Al Harrington has been such a big edition... I wasn't counting on the old Al from Indy showing up.

You know I always thought your 2+2 name was a play on the phrase "Try Harder." That's probably what Lebron should do, way to let down Miami obvs.

What's going on with Dampier? As much as we bag on him, he's a pretty legit big who's probably good for 15-20 minutes a game.
11-08-2010 , 07:36 PM
I'm gonna guess he's nowhere close to game shape
11-08-2010 , 07:36 PM
apparently Houston didn't want him anymore? IDK Wish the Wiz would sign him. He could start for a lot of teams.

I'd say Melo/Sheldon by a lot given their complementary games.

Don't worry, Lebron will try harder when it counts, like in the playoffs.

Spoiler:
Oops.

Lakers and Hornets only teams remaining undefeated. Can't believe they don't face each other til 12/29. Haven't looked at NO's schedule but the sick thing is that the Lakers have a legitimate shot at remaining undefeated till then. I highlighted the toughest games imo in red and any other tough games in blue.

Upcoming Games
November Opponent Time
Tue 09 vs Minnesota 7:30pm
Thu 11 @ Denver 7:30pm
Sun 14 vs Phoenix 6:30pm
Tue 16 @ Milwaukee 5:00pm
Wed 17 @ Detroit 4:30pm
Fri 19 @ Minnesota 5:00pm
Sun 21 vs Golden State 6:30pm
Tue 23 vs Chicago 7:30pm
Fri 26 @ Utah 6:00pm
Sun 28 vs Indiana 6:30pm
Tue 30 @ Memphis 5:00pm
December Opponent Time
Wed 01 @ Houston 5:30pm
Fri 03 vs Sacramento 7:30pm
Tue 07 vs Washington 7:30pm
Wed 08 @ LA Clippers 7:30pm
Fri 10 @ Chicago 5:00pm
Sun 12 @ New Jersey 10:00am
Tue 14 @ Washington 4:00pm
Wed 15 @ Indiana 4:00pm
Fri 17 @ Philadelphia 4:00pm
Sun 19 @ Toronto 10:00am
Tue 21 vs Milwaukee 7:30pm
Sat 25 vs Miami 2:00pm
Tue 28 @ San Antonio 5:30pm
Wed 29 @ New Orleans 5:00pm

Not saying some of the other teams can't give LAL's trouble but I think if the Lakers play like they are now every night the real test will start on X-mas Day.

Cliffs: NBA is rigged ldo.

It's not like he's being hired to play for just a series though.

Regarding Melo, I wonder if he's contemplating his player option for next year given all the CP3 + Melo talk. He'll likely make more as a Nugget, and will still be able to keep his options open.
