Second time you've protested Jetto's ban. I think we found out who owns the gimmick account.

The Hawks next game at Det follows a day off after a home game. Then the Hawks go to Boston after a day off. The Pistons have 2 days off on both sides. Seems like that game would be more easily played in Atlanta than this one.

The other game in Det this season makes sense as the Hawks have an off day before it and after it whereas Det is on the back end of a back to back at home and then has a day off before another home game.

It just seems to me like this is a VERY easy fix and saves travel for both sides.

There are like 1000 things that go into it. They have to have a certain split. During parts of the year, the stadiums are being used for other games. So sometimes they have to not play there on certain days. etc, etc, there is a bunch of crap I'm sure.

Pistons came through huge in the first 5 games. Lets take a look at their next 7.

vs CHA
vs GS
@ POR
@ LAC
@ SAC
@ GS
vs LAL

I think the last 5 are auto losses. We pretty much have 2 coinflips at home vs the Bobcats and Warriors. If we someone win those two flips we are looking at a potential 0-12 start. If we start 0-12 it's gonna be real hard for anyone to catch up in the worst record race.

How can you not see the awesomeness in posts like these CDL? This is easily my favorite post in the last 20 pages (expert 100ppp).

He's right though, I was once like you. It took about a season or so for me to realize anatta's brilliance. You too will soon be enlightened.

You just blew a chance to make a great Jetto post about Detroit.

they just take so long to read and the placement of "anatta" is seemingly random

I didn't even notice this during the game, but apparently Stuckey refused to go back into the game tonight lol....All while JoeD is working on an extension for him. JoeD is so ****ing lost he may never be found again. How long does it take until the sale of a team can be official??? Illitch needs to get in here and fire this fat stupid **** before he gives Tayshaun a 6 year 95 million dollar deal or something.

westbrook+durant 32 points on 40 shots
11-04-2010 , 01:31 AM
Lakers starters go 34/65 for 98pts

This improved bench should help Fish/Kobe/Ron keep their mins down for the most part this season. Kind of worried Pau is playing 40+ mins a night, though, until Bynum returns.

Oh, and box score shows Sasha getting 1 second of playing time tonight

I don't even remember seeing him in the game? That's the funniest part, he might be getting credit for it when he never stepped on the court.

Just seen Villanueva's tweet on espn. He said something like.. "kg talks a lot of crap, he's prolly never been in a fight. i'd love to get in the ring with him, i will expose him"
11-04-2010 , 01:41 AM
No wonder they lost to the Clippers.

I believe Sasha played the last second of the first quarter. Excellent work by the Zen Master.

Jetto should be promoted to admin for the TTT, he should be able to bypass green status.

Rodney Stuckey benched as Detroit Pistons collapse again

With Atlanta Hawks center Al Horford shooting free throws early in the third quarter, Detroit Pistons coach John Kuester attempted to get Rodney Stuckey's attention by calling out his name. Stuckey didn't flinch.

Kuester got up and called out twice more, a little louder in case his point guard didn't hear him the first time. Stuckey continued to look straight ahead, appearing to ignore his coach's summoning.

Not willing to tolerate the apparent insubordination, Kuester subbed Stuckey out and glued him to the bench for the remainder of the game. As the situation was unfolding, Tayshaun Prince and Ben Gordon looked on, shaking their heads in disappointment. Whether they were upset at Stuckey, Kuester or both remains unclear.

With backup point guard Will Bynum already out with injury, Prince and Tracy McGrady were the primary ball handlers the rest of the game.

This latest incident comes just one night after Stuckey and Kuester got into a heated argument during a timeout. After the game, Kuester questioned his team's effort and leadership during the post-game press conference.

Considering Stuckey boldly stated his intent to step up as a leader when training camp began, one can safely assume the comments were at least partially directed at him.

After losing to the Hawks, the Pistons are off to an 0-5 start, their worst since 1980. The team has a plethora of problems, and they can hardly afford to add a feud between the starting point guard and the head coach to the list.

If Stuckey wants to be a leader on this team, he cannot act this way. He needs to have a sit down with Kuester immediately, talk out the problem(s) and start conforming to his coach's expectations for him as a player. That's what leaders do.

Stuckey not living up to the massive GREEAR hype from 2007-08
11-04-2010 , 02:02 AM
Oh what could have been for Stuckey. Now I kind of want him gone : (

So did he actually get back onto the court after it happened? It says he subbed him out and glued him to the bench, but wasn't he already on the bench when he refused to go back in? Or did you just misunderstand it the first time you mentioned it?
