Mid-season form Vic.

bosh looks really bad playing defense down low, he got manhandled by ws johnson going for that open rebound and got slamma jammed on.

hes probably our weakest leak defensively?

I'm surprised Andre actually didn't ask a trade out of PHI.

Where does the PD of the NBA champ usually fall?

I'm Ron Burgundy?

wes johnson seems like a nice guy based on that 30 second interview.

however, perhaps a bit ignorant: "i think we played great defense, kept our energy up, its fun competing with these guys"

dono if giving up 69 points in a half can be considered good defense, although i think wes did defend bosh well.

Expanding on this: I know it would hardly be exact as here have been years where certain conferences and divisions were way stronger than others, but I don't think it would be totally worthless either.

I just pulled up a look done in '07, and from '90 to '07 NBA champs averaged finishing 3.1 in reg season PD, with 8 finishing 1st and the worst Being Houston in '95 who finished 11th, though it would be interesting to look at their PD post Drexler trade.

edit: the last 3 champs were 1st (Celtics) 3rd (08-09 Lakers) and 5th (last year's lakers)

Yeah, Pistons pose Rasheed trade would also be worth taking a look at, since I know it jumped by a decent amount. Can't remember too many other major trades for 'ship teams.

tuq the historian has said that they actually had a worse record post-drexler trade.

John Wall triple double alert:

16 points, 10 assists, 8 steals with 11 minutes left to play!

Drew Gooden just tossing the ball around like an idiot.

I think there's something here ... Might have to add thorton in somehow .. Sixers rebuild faster and hornets get better .... Then they resign Chris paul and ship brand in couple years for a legit big and they contend for championship

who would you guys rather have. Bogut or B.Lopez?

you didn't answer my question. I didn't ask if you looked at the spread; I asked why you felt that your "prediction" coming true was noteworthy or surprising.

Well thats three of us then if you agree. If anyone legitimately doubted it was true, then I'd provide the evidence(actually I probably would just laugh at them), but nobody does.
