that title should have been an example of how dirk could clearly win a title as the best player on his team, lol refs.

i've gone from "lol rigged" to "lol dallas" on that series. sure, game 3 was a joke, but they lost 3 straight after that. 6 game sweep.

I blame Cuban for going on Letterman after they went up 2-0.

MIA fans can thank DAL for not having to face SA in the finals.

That would have been a 7 game series and neither of those teams would've dropped 4 straight.

please, SA would have won those finals in 5 or less

yeah, SA probably would have. SA DAL WCF might have been the best series of the aughts.

Brandon Jennings current frontrunner for MVP or for GOAT?
10-31-2010 , 07:15 PM
manu was one layup away from winning it and Duncan also missed an easy one as well.

Well, he's probably in the top 2 of his own team at least.

kinda scary regardless of how bad the teams were: the heat haven't allowed a field goal to a starting forward in the last two games. (though favors didnt start for nj and he went 4-9)

or do you meant premier scorers. especially for Kobe's case
10-31-2010 , 07:39 PM
monta is the premier scorer in the nba. formerly the 2nd best player in the association, but the torch will be passed tonight
10-31-2010 , 07:41 PM
They really should have a pregame ceremony.

I guess you didn't watch Game 5 where Wade shot 25 FTs (and Josh Howard made the dumbest timeout call since Chris Webber). Also, Wade literally throwing his elbow into Dirk in Game 6 and getting two free throws instead of the blatantly obvious offensive foul was a massive blown call/rig job. But hey, I probably shouldn't go down this road again, as I'll just get called a homer.

The entire Lakers team should melt down their 09-10 championship rings and make a golden torch to give to Monta tonight.
10-31-2010 , 07:56 PM
double fouls are so dumb
10-31-2010 , 08:12 PM
LAL over GS tonight. even though it'll be a score fest.

and there isn't a big difference between smart and nelson. Nelson would've had this team 2-0 as well
