#1 of Maximoses patented "something I remember that nobody else does."

this weeks edition is titled: Billy Crystal is such a douche.

Noone remembers when the last time the clippers made the playoffs that one douche actor thought they needed to become the on the court face. A spike Lee or Jack for those loveable losers, The Clippers.

Billy Crystal starts sitting court side at all the games when it is apparent the clippers are gonna make playoffs. He starts doing interviews about how he has always been a clipper fan. He gets animated and yucks with the refs. PLayoff time and BOY O BOY Billy is ready. He is waving down anyone who will put a camera on him to tout his beloved clipps.

Since then Crystal never goes. He's probably a knicks fan now or something. One of the most douchy things I only seemed to have noticed. I seriously hate him now and I am a warriors fan. Noone cares about how u like the old time yankees, seriously just shut up and make analyze this and that or another city slickers 7, revenge of a huge douche.

DOES ANYONE REMEMBER THIS?????

Next weeks edition will deal with the cleveland cavaliers, and the insanely stupid hype about their supporting cast to lebron. Noone wants to admit in the media who blew them up to be the best supporting cast in the league...but maximose never forgets. Stay tuned.

Ya noodle this is kinda ridic, been next to Vince and he is def 6-5 6-6ish. Gilbert Arenas is really small though.

Because the listed heights and weights are never wrong.
02-28-2011 , 03:20 AM
how likely are the combine heights to be wrong iyo

I'm more confident about Nash than VC though because his listed height is taller than me but he is not.

i mean, cool story i guess? there are official measurements saying he was 6'5.5 (w/o shoes) over 10 years ago and various other people who have seen him and say he is that height or taller. you're sure he's 6'3-6'4 though

edit: not supposed to be a sarcastic question seth as they could of course be off. i'm guessing that the ones that are wrong are largely wrong b/c people have gotten taller/bigger

de has nash at 6'1 w/o shoes fwiw

02-28-2011 , 03:55 AM
inb4 Heat sign either TJ Ford or Mike Bibby plus Troy Murphy.

the jetto proposed new avatar and Victor's reply to it is Priceless, so Priceless.

02-28-2011 , 03:56 AM

Cut arroyo, Bibby Migt help I dunno tho
Is he even better than chalmers at this point ?
Haven't seen him play this year, just hear he's donezo
02-28-2011 , 04:02 AM
yes bibby would help the heat. hes still shooting 43% from 3. his scoring and assists are only slightly down and turnovers are fine.

i dunno, i don't think anything that's based on 41 total minutes of play this season is all that amazing. seems like there'd too much variance to draw a valid conclusion

To be fair, it's only 15 games/41 minutes so far, unless I'm reading that wrong.

Definitely a drop off still, but I think his clutch stats will be closer to last year the rest of the way (well efficiency wise, not the bulk stats). Variance can be a bitch imo.

Mark Cuban would argue that losing all those close games is a result of unclutch play down the stretch. Given that LeBron is involved, he'd probably be right.

You guys are really doing a good job of making sure Knicks fans will be completely insufferable if they ever win anything. And they're pretty much free rolling since nobody expects them to.

I don't get what the team did to become so hated. After hearing idiotic claims for the last week like they're worse than Denver and worse than the pre-trade scrub Knicks because they lost to Cleveland, it's funny to see everyone making excuses after they beat Miami for the second time this year and do it in Miami. Why weren't there dozens of "Lol Heat" posts?
02-28-2011 , 06:32 AM
Who's hating on the Knicks? I think it's great there's another team in the East that's up an coming. Having 'Melo out of the West isn't a bad thing for the Lakers either.

Also, that was a great game tonight between the Knicks and Heat. Moar please!!!

I don't know why I'm giving you any sympathy as much as you hate on Kobe and the Lakers? The Celtics too for that matter but of course it's ok to hate on them. Now that the Knicks are slightly more relevant maybe you'll hate less?

This page has the largest database for NBA player heights imo. Carter is listed at 6' 5.5'' w/o shoes.

it's cause everyone hates new york due to jealousy.
02-28-2011 , 11:54 AM
That site has KG listed at 6'11 which is obviously wrong fwiw.

NYC is great and I am glad basketball is now back in NYC. It will be nice if the NYK can make some noise the next 5 years. which I think they most certainly will

Knick fans expect them to and media hype is already absurd. Which makes them already insufferable.

Been hating them for 20 years yo.

I think it's quite likely current Denver > current Knicks, tho Knicks are obv better situated for the future.

I was rooting my ass off for the Knicks. Plus I love Chauncey. Helps Bulls for HCA.
