Wow, nice. I wouldn't want him on my left either. Super aggro. Kinda unpredictable. Seems to be in every pot.

edit: And he flops the nuts well! heh

Sup luckbox.

Yeah, you're missing out for sure. Although I think Robert hates me, I don't think he appreciated the image of "Robert-- fuuuuuuuuu" that I found in the sand, nor do I think he appreciated when I said I actually meant it to say "Robert -- dieeeee." I invited him into the TZ Skype chat a few days ago and then he set his privacy settings so he's not able to join in the fun anymore. Bizzarre.

ok serious post a few months back there was a discussion on "is offense more important than defense" and it seemed like everyone was trying to structure their arguments in terms of team level stuff, i.e thremp posts "a point scored is worth a point saved" which is all fine and dandy but when you translate things to an individual level that goes away. in football point score = point saved is true yet we would all agree that QB is by far the most important position. likewise, in basketball, a great offensive player controls the game to a disproportionate degree compared to a great defensive player. on defense the ceiling is higher because if you are playing great defense you simply cancel out one man whereas on offense a great player can never be cancelled out by one man (i.e dirks' turnaround fadeaway from the high post is unguardable). I amobviously too uninspired to do the math but i'd wager great dollars that the best offensive players affect offense relative to the average by a higher degree than the best defensive players affect defense. something self evident im sure but i only browse and it was a point of contention when i checked before.

don't think it's self evident at all. one effect is just much easier to quantify
