I forgot to point out that there's just basic **** that he doesn't do, like play (especially on D) in any kind of athletic position - he's kind of standing straight up with his arms by his side way too much for example - at least that's what I saw of him at UCONN and at summer league.

Sure, but if you don't have that really basic **** down by 23...(and also, isn't this a good argument for not giving him ~ 4.5 mil a year for two years?)
