Tay inbounds it off the back of a Wizard to himself for a dunk. Love that play.

I forgot to point out that there's just basic **** that he doesn't do, like play (especially on D) in any kind of athletic position - he's kind of standing straight up with his arms by his side way too much for example - at least that's what I saw of him at UCONN and at summer league.

Isn't that why the NBDL is perfect for him? Keeps his ego in check while at same time helps him to develop fundamentals/skills that he's desperately lacking?

The Knicks are worse than the Nets at this point.

I do find his age and his lack of ability to be a massive concern. Basically by the time he actually hits some good form and has some great value, he will likely be declining physically. This is of course assuming he actually progresses significantly, which I don't see. Are there any example of players making a significant jump in talent from age 23 and on?

Sure, but if you don't have that really basic **** down by 23...(and also, isn't this a good argument for not giving him ~ 4.5 mil a year for two years?)

Does he still get paid NBA money when he's playing in the NBADL?

I refer to this as "normal conversation with a friend", not anything podcast-worthy.

I try to avoid that sort of list since it's guaranteed to be flawed. I mean, as the subsequent poster noted "anyone from the Clips", but it's almost certainly the case that the Clips GMs have been awful in large part because their decision-making is being heavily affected (and not in a good way) by ownership.

So saying, I think that the following teams have made poor (below-average) personnel decisions over the past few 2-3 years:
CHI
DET
GSW
IND
LAC
MIA
PHI
WAS
